Having a laptop safe, central heating, and an iron/ironing board in our clean room. Marvellous location in the middle of the city, easy to get anywhere. A good choice of food options relatively close to the venue.

The property has friendly and accommodating staff, meeting all our needs; we definitely plan on returning.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for money was great, and the room was clean and well-equipped with modern amenities. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Acacia Mall and the Uganda Museum. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help.

The menu for breakfast could be improved with better coffee options, like sourcing coffee blends from Great Lakes Coffee Roastery.

The room we were given a free upgrade to was brand-new and clean and included cable channels, a mini fridge bar and coffee/tea making machines. The atmosphere created was quiet! The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, around 10-15 minutes walk from a venerable cultural heritage museum.

The food was fine, with a lot of options. The triple room was brand-new, included a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets. Magnificent location of the hotel in the middle of jackson.

The room here had a TV with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe, and the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Acacia Mall.

This venue has welcoming staff, a delicious breakfast spread, and serves as a great starting point for exploring the area.

The location was excellent, with restaurants, Shoprite, and bars nearby. I was happy to find Pizza Hut Uganda close to the hotel, serving nice food.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the biggest mall in the city, making it easy to access shops and restaurants. the rooms are clean and the bathroom is well-maintained. the staff provides good service, even going as far as to personally call guests to ensure their satisfaction. Guests have praised the delicious dinner options offered by the hotel. There is also a swimming pool area with a nice view to relax in.
